Packaging Database, PPT and Waste Reporting
Managing Core data for any business can be complex. You may have complex spreadsheets listing all the products and their components that your company deals with. All this information might be scattered across multiple spreadsheets or systems, making the process even more complex.
Spreadsheets do the job, we’ve been using them for years, right? This is true but there is an easier way.
PackTotal can store all this information in a database,
• in a way which reduces duplication, hence errors are easily corrected
• stored behind an easy to use UI to allow easy editing
• configurable grids so you can see the data you want to see
• easy reporting on any of your data
• storing information of documentation and certification so it can be easily accessed
You can enter your data by hand using the simple user interface or, if your data is already in a spreadsheet format, it can be imported from an excel file and bulk loaded.
An initial bulk load of core data from a standard spreadsheet template* is offered as standard and will reduce the time required to get up and running with PackTotal.
*Spreadsheet format must be in a format specified by us for our free service, however more complex spreadsheets could be loaded at an additional cost. Please contact us for more details.
Once the core data has been loaded into PackTotal then the commercial activity can be entered. Products being manufactured, imported and exported can all be recorded. Intention to export will also get entered at this stage as this will all effect any tax return calculated.
Eliminate the time-consuming and error-prone task of creating extensive spreadsheets and reports. PackTotal enhances productivity, providing accurate reports and saving valuable time.
PackTotal's packaging database software assists companies in recording, monitoring, and reporting packaging data, encompassing product details, materials, and sustainability. It's a key resource for optimising packaging strategies and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
